Matthew and LeeAnn’s Beautiful Town Square Wedding
He stood outside the door where she was getting ready, waiting patiently while trying to hold back tears. He caught one small tear that glided over his cheek. When I said, “She said, ‘I need my daddy, no really I need him.” He smiled a little and pointed into where she was getting ready. In a few minutes he would walk LeeAnn down the isle but not before giving her a lovely gift, a custom neckless.
They stepped out into the room at Town Square in Paola Ks, and with every step her groom waited with anticipation. Matthew, who doesn’t cry, bit his lip as he held back tears. LeeAnn was beautiful, but more than her being stunning, Matthew knew that this was the moment she would become his wife. With each passing event the two cherished their day. From a fun release following the ceremony to having a blast creating portraits with their closest friends.
The reception was filled with dancing and games. Instead of a dollar dance the couple decided to have a competition. Here’s how it worked: When you walked in the door there were 2 glass jars, one for the bride and one for the groom. Whoever ended up with the most money at the end of the night won. Winner and their bridal party members got to pie the other members in the face. Late in the evening a loving groom unloaded a bunch of money into the bride’s glass so that she would be taken care of. The pieing was a blast and everyone had a great time. The night ended with dancing and the lights went up in Town Square while a few couples were still swaying to the last bit of music. That is what I call a great night! Enjoy these Kansas Wedding Photographs!
